Sublet 1 bed/1bath until end of Lease Aug - NHG

Hi 👋 my name is Sarah and I am a 31 years old female. I’ve been living in this flat for over 3 years now with my flatmate who’s a 32 years old female and working professional.

Unfortunately, I went through a redundancy process in November and lost my job and was unable to secure new sponsorship in the UK. As such my visa is expiring in the next few weeks, I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease from March 1 until the end of the lease August 12, 2026 (move-in date is flexible).

👯‍♀️Looking preferably for a respectable, clean, friendly female professional in their late twenties, early-mid thirties. A little bit about both of us, we are both respectful of each other’s private space while enjoying the occasional glass of wine and movie on the couch, working remotely from home most of the time. If we are not enjoying new things in London, you’ll find either of us catching a plane ✈️

🛏️ The flat is fully furnished, and the room is furnished with a bed and bedside table. All other furniture could be left to the renter, subject to a cost discussion.

💰Monthly rent is £1,250 per person and average bills are around 270£ depending on the time of year for electricity.

🏡This is a well loved home, so I’m looking for the right person to take over and who will get along with my flatmate.
