We are currently seeking a new housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment. We are a group of working professionals consisting of a couple (Male & Female) and single (Female) who are sociable, house proud and friendly individuals.

Our apartment is centrally located between Warwick Avenue station (Bakerloo Line) and Royal Oak station (Circle, Hammersmith & City Line) and is a 12 minute walk to Paddington station. Furthermore, we are within minutes of the 6, 18, 31, 36, 187 & 414 bus routes (which include night buses).

On offer is a spacious, bright bedroom with ensuite and built in storage. The fully furnished room also contains a double bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe and large bathroom.

Our apartment comprises of a large fully fitted open plan kitchen (including dishwasher), extremely spacious lounge (including TV, sound system & DVD player) and dining area with ample natural light. All rooms have their own reverse cycle air-conditioning and their own bathrooms.

The building itself is very well maintained to a high standard, has full security (CCTV) and contains a lift for the convenience of residents.

All services are connected to the property and you will be expected to divide bills amongst housemates.
