We ensure to look after our character property and our tenants needs. We provide a home from home and not just a house with no heart. With high ceilings, original large bay windows staircase, original Victorian features, the house is south facing so there is plenty of sunshine throughout the days.

All rooms have wooden blinds and curtains and are full furnished with double beds, wardrobes, work desks and chairs. We are looking for buddy ups of tenants happy to go for a joint tenancy as we find this works best for harmony in the house.

We are NRLA Registered and experienced Landlords with a good reputation for caring for our house and tenants. The house has the required License from Westminster Council for this property. References required but paid for by Landlord.
