Hello, we have three lovely bedrooms up for rent in our big house only a short walk to Queen's Park station with excellent transport links- Bakerloo line and overground.

We also have 3 beautiful bedrooms up for grabs which come fully furnished and can be rented for sole occupancy only, will suit both students or professionals.
The house is big and boasts a double kitchen, completely furnished with two cookers two new ovens and plenty of space, five full-sized fridges, two washing machines and two tumble dryers, there is a living room, and a lovely garden which is perfect for BBQ s in the summer.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, plus 2 more toilets, some of the housemates have en suite rooms so you will be sharing all bathrooms with four people only.
Rent includes ALL BILLS, fast broadband, Sky TV and a weekly cleaner.

We are a considerate and sociable houseshare always up for a chat and a glass of wine in the evenings but also respect each other's privacy.
