Up for grabs is a super cool ensuite loft room with own staircase/landing. It's lovely & bright as it's roof top with annexe windows, and gets sun all day, when it's out :) 🌤️

It's a spacious flat with a plant filled, bright lounge room, with 2 large double glazed windows 🌿, ample storage spaces & A gally Kitchen.

We are looking for a female professional (Not working from home sorry🙏🏻) preferably in there late 20's/30's & needs to be working with full-time for the application with the agency.

The flat would be best suited for someone after a calm, chill home to relax. Preference to vegetarian / vegan & plant lovers🌿!! Sorry no pets or smoking as per our lease.

Rent is a steal @£600pm + Bills split each month however ATM is very low @less than £80pcm which is variable on our usage. Deposit is £547. The Lease is 12months, however your not locked in as it's only £50 lease amendment fee to change names over at anytime, on finding a suitable replacement.

Moving date can be flexible but prior to June 1st. It's partly furnished with wardrobe, cupboard
and large lowline sideboard to utilise storage space under the annexe, we also have plenty of other furniture (small desk, clothes rails, side tables etc) you could use, and a temporary mattress 👍🏻
