Hi, I have a large bedroom available from 15 December for three months:

- your own bathroom
- the room opens up to the south facing garden ☀️
- 3 minutes to Queens Park station
- 30 min walk to Notting Hill
- massive wardrobe and ottoman bed
- desk and chair
- quiet flat
- massive shared living room/ kitchen

Looking for someone to move in until mid march

The flat
Renovated Victorian building, everything inside is new. I’m still decorating but we have the main bits and bobs. It’s really quiet inside!

The area
Queens Park (in case like me you hadn’t heard of it before moving in here), is a cute neighbourhood, a short walk away from Maida Vale and Notting Hill (also Kilburn). We have an m&s just 3 minutes away, planet organic/ Sainsbury’s/ co-op are a 10 min walk. Queen’s Park has some cute cafes, bakeries and restaurants.

About me
I’ve met some of my best friends through spare room so hoping this would be a positive experience too! I’m 35, working for Airbnb, looking after financial crime and sanctions. I’m positive, bubbly and like to keep myself busy. Most workdays are pretty quiet but on the weekend I tend to be out and about. I like to be social and meet friends but I’ve reached a stage where I no longer do shots on a night out. Interested in self development, podcasts, meditation and anything that keeps us active (reformer Pilates, dogs, gym)

Ideally looking for someone tidy and considerate who wants to live in a home rather than a house share. Bonus points if you can help me keep the plants alive!
