Bright Modern Double Bedroom - All bills included

A bright and comfortable bedroom will be available from the 1st of May.

Contract:
The rent is £1,100 per month, with all bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, and internet).
Cleaner fees are not included and cost £25.50 per person per month, with cleaning every other week.
The contract has a 6-month break clause.

House:
The house is modern, bright, and full of natural light throughout the day. It’s located in a quiet and charming neighborhood, just 7 minutes from Queen’s Park station and 15 minutes from Westbourne Park station. The interior features elegant wooden flooring, spacious rooms, and a well-maintained, contemporary design.
The bedroom comes fully furnished with brand-new, modern furniture, offering a clean and comfortable space ready to move into.
The bathroom is shared with Adriana and Laura, but since we all have different schedules, it’s never been an issue — it always stays clean and accessible when needed.

Area:
The area is very convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby — including M&S, Zagros, Sainsbury’s, Savers, Co‑op, and Iceland. It’s also just a 10‑minute walk to Paddington Recreation Ground and Queen’s Park, making it easy to enjoy some green space or outdoor activities close to home.

About us:
We are three friendly professionals sharing the flat:
• Adriana (31, Australian) – Paediatric occupational therapist. She enjoys doing sports, relaxing at home, traveling and sometimes dancing and singing.
• Jake (26, British) – Freshly moved in. He works in Finance, loves to cook, running, football and pubs.
• Laura (33, Spanish) – Civil Engineer. She loves travelling, music, dancing, going for walks and discovering new places and people.

About you:
We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going professional around our age who enjoys a relaxed and sociable home. Someone tidy and respectful, who’s happy to join occasional shared dinners or movie nights, but also values their own space. Most importantly, we’d love someone who fits in with the positive and harmonious vibe of the flat.
