Me and my partner are looking for someone to take over our tenancy in our current house share. COUPLES and STUDENTS WELCOME

About the room

The room is extremely large with a sofa bed so you can essentially create your own living room!!! There is a bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a desk already there and plenty of space to bring in your one bits too.

The room was previously used as a studio for a fashion design student so certainly space for creativity.

Rest of the house

There’s a shared kitchen and 1 full bathroom and then another toilet as well. (No shared living room). There’s also a terrace area which you can sit out on summer and have a cheeky glass of wine. The layout of the house/flat also affords lots of privacy as the other 3 bedrooms are on a separate floor.

Housemates

The house is made of of two students and one professional who are all really friendly. Everyone has their own lives but are down for a chat when your paths cross, and super chill in terms of inviting people round (just give them a heads up).

Location

10 minutes from portobello road market !!!!

The nearest station is Westbourne Park, which is Hammersmith and city or circle line. There’s also Queen’s Park about 15 minute walk which has the Bakerloo and lioness line. Commuting to central is super easy and convenient :))
