Hi! I have a double room available as my flatmate is moving out in early April.

- Double bedroom with plenty of storage (wardrobe, shelves, ottoman bed)
- Spacious apartment on a quiet residential road
- Balcony overlooking the street
- 10 mins from the station, close to the park

The practical bits:
- Cleaner every 2 weeks + robovac
- G. Network fibre optic WiFi (v fast)
- Bills £100–200/month (landlord covers council tax)
- Landlord is genuinely lovely—great relationship with her

About me:
Work in tech, into food and wine, art, and terrible tennis. I’m looking for someone fun and friendly who could become a friend too, not just a housemate. Bonus points if you have a pet!
