I lived in this lovely flat for 4 years but then left for pastures new. If you're looking for places in Queens Park you already know how great it is, and my flat is round the corner from it all. Bravington Road is on the Maida Hill side of the tube which means you turn right out of the station and my place is 60 seconds away (ok so maybe 90 seconds if you walk a bit slower than me), Salusbury Road pubs/delis/shops, the farmers market and of course the park itself are all within 5 minutes walk of the flat. And it has a W9 postcode - part of Westminster - still one of the lowest council taxes in the country.
My place is a 1st floor split level flat with a big lounge, large bedroom with a kingsize bed and a big wardrobe, bathroom with a bath/shower and a small kitchen with a huge window overlooking the ground floor's back garden. Before me a couple lived in it for ten years so its big enough for two and I'm happy to have couples live here.

The place comes fully furnished. Also you'll deal directly with me - not any letting agents.

"This is a fabulous flat which I have loved to call home for the past year. Comfortable, spacious, warm, safe and incredibly quiet! Everyone who comes to visit comments on how well the flat has been decorated and how peaceful it is here. Arif, the landlord is always happy to help, not that I've really needed to call on him for anything. The location is fabulous, 5 mins walk from Queen's Park and the local shops, restaurants and pubs. Only 20 minutes and you can be on Portobello Road, enjoying the sights and sounds of Notting Hill. I'm really sad to be leaving, but moving into my own property just around the corner. I genuinely have no complaints, the neighbours are lovely and the street is friendly and quiet."
