The room has a bed, a large fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, sofa and some shelves, there's a raised/maisonette area with another bed which can be used for further storage. The windows are double-glazed and look into a quiet road.

Flatshare with easy-going, friendly family: 30 y. o. mum to 7 y. o. girl + dad (dj, music producer, quiet in the evenings).

We are happy to share things when you feel like it and leave you alone when you need it.

We are well-travelled, into music and alternative medicine among other things.

We speak fluent English, Russian and Spanish.

The flat is on the ground floor, it was renovated not too long ago and it has natural wooden floors. There is no socialising area other than the dining area and a private garden/patio.

There's central heating, super-fast fibre optic broadband and a washing machine in a well-equipped kept-clean and tidy kitchen. And ONE shared bathroom with a shower cubicle (no bathtub).

We are mostly into plant-based food but welcome other types.

The location is in zone 2, within the borough of City of Westminster, 2 minutes away from food shops/supermarkets, 5 minutes walk from Westbourne Park Stn (Hammersmith & City Line) and 10 min from Queen's Park Stn (Bakerloo Line), 15 minutes from Portobello market. Various buses connect with Central London, Notting Hill Gate and King's Cross.

It is close to the Grand Union Canal, nice to stroll, jog or cycle all the way to Paddington or Camden and beyond.

Ideally we are looking for a professional who is at work during the day as I work from home making music if you are particular about sound levels. The volume is very tolerable when you close the doors though.

This is a non-smoking household but if you are a smoker you can use the patio/garden.
