A bright and comfortable double room is available in my beautifully refurbished two-bedroom garden flat. I'm a friendly and sociable professional female looking for a lodger. The flat is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Queens Park station.

The Area:
Queens Park is in Zone 2, offering excellent transport links via the Bakerloo Underground and the Overground. You can reach Oxford Circus in just 15 minutes by tube. The flat is a short 7-minute stroll to the station and a fantastic selection of local amenities. These include an M&S Simply Food, charming cafés, independent shops, and several highly-rated restaurants and pubs. The area also boasts a lovely park and a popular farmers' market every Sunday.

The Flat:
This ground-floor flat is situated within an attractive three-storey period conversion. It features a covered porch and a shared entrance hall.

Inside, the flat feels spacious thanks to its high ceilings and original features. The modern shower room is particularly appealing, with a large, double-width shower. The open-plan kitchen and living room is a great space, with two sets of double doors leading out to a southwest-facing patio garden – a real sun trap in the spring and summer!
