We have a lovely bright double room available in a friendly flatshare in a brilliant location - WC1, less than 10 mins' walk to Angel, Russell Square, Farringdon, King's Cross and Grays Inn Road. It is an insanely good location on a beautiful quiet street on the edge of Bloomsbury.

The rent is extremely low for this area, only £730 per month, and that's inclusive of council tax. Bills are separate, and come to roughly £50 per month.

The room is large, with a king size bed and 2 large windows. The flat is 4 bedrooms, and has 1 full and 1 half bathrooms, big kitchen, separate living room and outdoor garden area.

We are a two guys and a girl – working in marketing and journalism – and we're looking for another guy/girl to join us.

We're ideally looking for someone 30+ years old, professional and looking for a real home in London, not just somewhere to stay for a while. This is a lovely flatshare and we enjoy living here, so we want someone we can be friends with, who's up for going for a beer on occasion and, most importantly of all, is considerate, tidy and super laid-back.
