Hi! I am Gisela!

At the end of April my current flatmate will be moving out (she has bought a flat) and her room will become available. Here is the description:

- Top location: Bloomsbury, one minute walk away from Kings Cross/ St. Pancras; restaurants, cafes, parks, supermarkets…, super well connected and pretty safe at night. The flat overlooks a very quiet street, with very little traffic, and the neighborhood is also quiet. Ideal for WFH.

- For you: the small double room (currently furnished, but upon request can be left unfurnished), which has a space to set up a wardrobe or clothing rack, also has some built-in bookshelves/ storage space, and a window overlooking a beautiful traditional red brick courtyard (recently painted and refurbished), so there is plenty of natural light. Furthermore, to allow you to have more personal space in the flat, for you entirely is also the living room area (that you can rearrange as you’d like), since I never use it and have the larger bedroom; so you will have plenty of space in the flat. You can decorate it as you wish, use it as a place to work and relax, hang your laundry, etc… It will be entirely yours as an annex to your bedroom.
The kitchen area has served as a great place for friendly chats that I hope we can share! 😄

-The Flat : renovated with wooden floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with an integrated kitchen (fully equipped) located in one end of the room, which means that I don’t need to go into the living room area while cooking or using the washing machine.

- Pretty courtyard at the same flat level and rooftop patio that you can use in the sunny days!

- Super good internet connection and the heating works pretty well.

- The is managed by Dexters, which means we have a very efficient maintenance service without additional cost!

- The price of £1.100 will remain unchanged until August 2027 (bills around £130 in the colder months).

- Deposit: £950 pounds

About me: I am Spanish, from Malaga; and I’m 26 years old. I have lived in London for the past three years. I studied Translation and I work in the film post-production industry: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home, with typical office hours of 9:30 to 18:00, so I like to come home and be able to relax without noise after a hard day's work. For this reason, I prefer that we both do not bring guests to the flat on a regular basis (with normal exceptions, of course 😄). I am quiet, I do not drink nor smoke, I respect other people's space and belongings, and I like to keep the kitchen and bathroom very clean, above all; I am quite independent, but also like to create a pleasant atmosphere, so you can count on me whenever you need me. In addition, I am very responsible with paying rent and bills. In my free time, I like going to the theatre, concerts, cinema, shopping in Central London and study Japanese...
