Large Room in Central London

I have a room that I am looking to hand the contract over for available at Helen Graham House (WC1b 3BA) from the 28th of June to the beginning of September for 259 p/w. The room is very big with a double bed and a sink in the room. It has no ensuite, yet a bathroom isn't too far away. The kitchen is very modern and the communal areas are too, as well as clean. The other residents are very friendly and helpful.
I am looking for a university student to take over the contract.
Tube stations and bus stops are very near by and there are a lot of things to do in the neighbouring areas.
