Images need some updates as there have been a few changes to the corridor, living room and your bathroom has a new much larger shower head. I will do that asap, but will list first - it's all predominantly the same, just a bit more decor.
The changes are that there is no longer a TV in the living room, the dining table has been replaced by a 4-6 person solid oak table with oak benches underneath, artwork and mirrors have been hung on the walls, there are plenty of plants to provide green space, the corridor has had large mirrors installed and an assortment of my own handmade hooks mounted to the wall for coats and jackets.
Hi all I have a spare room available in central London (next to Goodge street station - Right next to RADA and UCL, 5/10 mins walk from the west end, great connections to all areas of London via the tube or bus also).
The house is a two bedroom, two bathroom, open plan kitchen living room. All plates, bowls, utensils provided. Dish washer, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, washing machine, 1Gb fibre broadband connection, gated parking spot, concierge, CCTV, bike shed, etc...
Essentials all within a couple of minutes walk away. (gyms, pools, cinema, restaurants, clubs, bars, Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury's etc)
Room is available from beginning of March for medium and long term lodging. I'm open to short term options too. The previous lodgers include a city worker, doctor, surgeon, business owner, and lawyer (who helped draft the lodgers contract and flatmate agreement we'll be using).
I am a single self employed professional working in central London, clean, tidy and mindful. I am looking for a clean, tidy, and mindful flatmate who enjoys conversation, cooking, hanging out and a well balanced life. This isn't a party flat, but I do enjoy hosting guests. I am also very much into music (at pleasant volume), bouldering, cycling (motorcycling too) and art.
I typically work from home several days a week depending on my schedule, but this is becoming less common as I am onsite for work or at workspaces. I do enjoy socialising but often need time to recharge so there may be evenings where I keep a bit more to myself but other nights where the conversation flow (alongside food I may be cooking and sharing). I am also recently diagnosed ADHD (predominantly inattentive).
Bills are not included and include the below (total costs) which we will split:
Council Tax (Camden band G) - £263pm (for 10 months of the year, might go up by 5% in march, well see what the council does as every year they seem to increase it)
Electricity - can range from £50-250 depending on electricity usage (There is a Smart meter installed so we can see this accurately).
Water - roughly £70 per month (again, depends on usage)
Internet - £60pm 500mb fibre connection.
