Because of family ties, I am away for a few weeks at a time, so you would have the space to yourself almost all the time. Therefore I really need to be sure you will be the right person, and I am asking for references .At the moment I have a sudent here, but she will be returning to her home country soon. The flat is very cosy, the area is quiet as we are in a cul de sac, and we are only 3minutes away from King's Cross station and there are plenty of amenities, like restaurants, gyms, parks, and also within walking distance to the centre of London.
