Central London 15 sqm big bedroom £205 pw

Hi all,

I am looking for 1 flatmate to move in earliest from 4th January 2020. (the contract is from 15th January to 15th September). It is a lovely 3 bed flat, with a huge kitchen and a shared bathroom (with a bath tub!!!).

ROOM B:
around 15 sqm, with one built-in wardrobe and one standing wardrobe. And you can add a clothing rail if needed. Room B in the picture also comes with a extra storage room, all of your suitcase, shoes or clothes can goes into that room. [ £205pw, the price is negotiable among tenants]

The bill is around £15 per person. But depends on how much you use.

The closest tube station is Russel square and Holborn and we have Brunswick square within 5 min walking distance. The area is very residential and safe, with access to a cute street with wine and cheese, bicycle shops and other boutique shops.

The current flatmates :

1. A girl studying at LSE for her master degree, great personality and a great cook.

2. an amazing Spanish couple (freshly graduated) both work in London, very clean, quiet and friendly.

PS. 1 the landlord does not allow any pets (sorry, I really would love to have a cat myself)

PS. 2 Smokers are welcomed, but need to smoke outside cuz the alarm is very sensitive :-(

PS.3 I have lived in the flat from September 2018 to September 2019. It is genuinely a great flat, I am helping my friend ( the current tenant) to find new flatmates, given she is super hectic with her deadlines.
