This room is a “medium shared room” part of a student accommodation called Handel mansions managed by the University of London (UOL). For additional information about the room you can search up Handel Mansions UOL and it should come up. The prices listed on the website for the medium shared room will be for the years 2024/2025 which is more expensive than the current rent you’d have to pay as listed on the add!

This rental agreement would start form the 1st of June and end on the 31st of August.
