Amazing location, view and room!

Hi! We've got a double room available from Sept 1st, in a decent-sized three-bedroom flat. We're less than ten minutes' walk from London's biggest station, Kings Cross/St Pancras, and 10 minutes' walk downhill from Angel, Islington. There are shops, pubs, takeaways, and restaurants as convenient to the flat as you could ask for.

It's on the top (9th) floor of a block of flats, but don't let that put you off(!) There's a fantastic view from our balcony over the whole west end of London, including - if you lean out slightly dangerously - the London Eye. Plus, we have a good-sized living room and an adequate kitchen. The room has a double bed and loads of shelf space. You'll like it!

One of our flatmates is about to leave after getting hitched, so we're now looking for a replacement. The ideal new flatmate would be sociable, reasonably tidy - and would be up for the odd night at the pub. We occasionally work long hours but aim for a comfortable and social atmosphere at home. Hopefully, you'll want, and help to provide, the same. Bills, including broadband and council tax, are included in the monthly rent. It's a bargain!
