Double room (14 x 8. 5 ft) furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, broadband, shelves and desk chair. The room is downstairs and very private. Quiet location but on a main road with good security including CCTV and a concierge handy for deliveries. Very close to Angel and Kings Cross tube stations including excellent bus routes. Shared spacious kitchen (6 x 15. 5 ft), washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and bathroom with a bath and shower.
I am looking for a friendly, easy going, tidy person to rent the spare room.
I am an Editor working between home and Central London. I am very social and love playing football, cinema and film meetups. I always keep the kitchen clear, clean and tidy. I don't have any pets but cats are welcome.
If this sounds up your street please get in touch. I understand it's difficult commiting long term in the current climate and thefore very flexible, I just requre a months deposit.
