Lovely room in owner occupied Zone 2 house in Lower Clapton, Hackney. For rent Monday to Friday from August (full time negotiable for the right person). This is a light, attractive double room in a quiet, beautiful house with garden and peaceful garden views. Simply furnished with quality double bed, clothes rail, shelving storage and a desk if required. Share bathroom and kitchen with owner. All bills included.

This would suit someone who lives out of town and travels in for work Monday to Friday, however, price, less or full time are negotiable if required, e. g. Tues-Thurs.

I'm friendly, easy going and work in the creative arts. I work from home during the day and it's a light, lovely household. I have a gentle dog who lives with me alternate weeks, so please be aware of this when replying.

TRANSPORT
There are lots of great connections for travel; 12min walk from both Homerton and Clapton overground (also buses to these) with their quick links to Liverpool St, Kings Cross and Stratford connecting with the Central, Elizabeth and Victoria lines. 15mins stroll to Hackney Central and Hackney Downs, with fast links to Liverpool St. There’s also a wealth of bus routes; 38/106/242/243/55 and many more into the West End and City. Parking vouchers are required which I can purchase on your behalf should you drive, and there is on street parking near the house. There are many safe and speedy cycle routes both into the city, toward Islington and along the nearby canal toward the nearby Olympic Park, Hackney Wick and Stratford.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
This is a Victorian home on a quiet leafy residential street just off of Chatsworth Road in Clapton, a very desirable area to live in London. Known for it’s coffee bars, deli’s and popular Sunday market, the home is just two streets away from open green spaces, the river, the canal and the marshes beyond whilst still well positioned for quick links into town. Shops, restaurants and even a small cinema are just a few minutes walk away.
