We have a small double room in our beautiful first and second floor flat in lower Clapton / Homerton, right by the River Lea. The flat is large and spacious and recently refurbished with a brand new kitchen with top quality cooker and appliances, a big living room and two new bathrooms.

The room is light and cosy with a window looking onto the garden below and the park beyond. The flat is 12 mins walk to Homerton Station which connects with the Victoria Line at Highbury and Islington. In the other direction, it is 2 stops to Stratford and its international travel connections and the Westfield shopping centre. The 242 bus runs direct to the City from an adjacent street 1 minute from the door.

Our street is very quiet with a park behind us, the River Lea behind that, and the huge green space of Hackney Marsh moments away. Chatsworth Road is a vibrant and fashionable shopping street nearby with local boutiques and a food market on Sundays.

Bills are an extra £50 per month (Wifi, gas, electricity, water, council tax)
