£400 bills included bedroom available in Clapton

Hey all,
One small bedroom (double bed) is available for rent in our place.
The house, has nice backgarden, an open plan kitchen/dining room/living room , and one sharing bathroom.
It is located in lower Clapton just in front of Millfields park.
Clapton and Homerton overground stations are all a 10/20 minutes walk away and there are many buses that travel up Lower Clapton, Mare Street, Hackney' Downs, Homerton High Street and Dalston Lane .
Small local shops nearby as well as supermarkets and many restaurants, indipendent cafés, pubs, parks, a
cinema and Chatsworth road market every Sunday.
You will be living with other four professionals people from 30 to 45 (3 boys, 1 girl) two self employed (photographers) , and employees in hospitality and administration.
The atmosphere is friendly and sociable but not a party house.
Ideal housemate will share our interests in arts, sports, music, movies, politics, cultural studies and good food!
We are open to both female/male housemates and ideally looking for someone who would fit in naturally between 30-50 years old.
Smoking is forbidden inside the entire house.

The rent is £400 bills included p/m plus cleaner service (once a week) £20/25 p/m.
Deposit £500.
