Subletting this lovely double room in massive Victorian house in lovely Homerton, right next to the canals, Hackney Wick and Victoria Park.
The house is located on a quiet, residential area, 5 mins walk from Chatsworth Road, a very hip street where you can find everything you will need - and a sick old school cinema “The Castle”. 7 mins walk from Homerton station.
The house is very spacious with living room, big kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet and a big garden with a green house. There is also a large storage area under our patio if you have things to store. The room itself is very lovely, bright and spacious, on the top floor of the house. With two large windows and being front-facing, it is sunny pretty much all day. The room comes furnished with all this lovely furniture you see in pics and loads of plants so you better like green!
You will share the house with three other housemates, all professionals working full time (out of the house) ages 25-27. Everyone is very respectful and the house is kept clean and tidy, although not over the top. We all get along very well and the vibe is super chill.
Rent is £960 all bills included.
