Beautiful large double bed in Lower Clapton

We are looking for a housemate to join us in our lovely home in Lower Clapton. We are just off Clapton Square in a beautiful area of Hackney. The house is 4 floors, 1 sitting room, 1 kitchen/dining/chill area. We will be a house of 5 or 6 with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a garden with a bike shed.

We are 7 mins to Hackney Central, 9 mins to Hackney Downs and 15 mins to Dalston Junction so getting anywhere is pretty breezy. We are near some of the best pubs (we think) in East London, with easy access to Hackney Downs, London Fields, Hackney Marshes, Chatsworth Road and Broadway Market.

This wonderful room is on the top floor, looking out onto the square. It has fantastic natural light and comes with a bed and wardrobe. It's honestly such a dreamy room. There’s lots of room for activities and we have had two couples in here previously so if you are a duo it shouldn’t be a problem (we are happy to live with couples!)

We are currently Sylvan (27, they/them), Mollie (28, she/her), Michael (28, he/him), and Marcus (25, he/him). Sylvan is currently doing an undergrad in creative writing, is a Dungeon Master, and is always immersed in some sort of nerdy activity. Mollie & Michael are a couple, Mollie is a primary school teacher and Michael works in events. Mollie likes dogs, sunsets and cleaning and Michael likes music, cooking and hanging with mates over a few pints. Marcus works in sales, hates writing self bios but is a lover of most things in life, from food, wine, exercising and hanging out.

We are usually all out and about but love to spend time together when we can. We love nights out and can usually be found at the Chesham Arms, The Star by Hackney Downs, or The Hand of Glory.

We are fairly seasoned on spare room and have had a number of fantastic housemates through it, so we’re no stranger to the shared house lifestyle.

We’re looking for a chill, sociable individual or couple to really add to the house dynamic.

We really love our house and hope you will too, so we’re looking for a housemate and someone we could see ourselves being great friends with.

Bills are £100-150 depending on the number in the house.

We are a QPOC household, and while not a vegan/veggie group we're happy to have anyone if you are happy around us!
