Hi, I have a room to let from 15th July in my beautiful garden flat in lower clapton. The flat is located just over 5 minutes walk from Homerton overground station on a quiet street.
The rent is £765excluding gas and electricity and water which I split on a monthly basis. (I. e. council tax and broadband are included)
The flat is small but cosy and homely with quick access to Chatsworth rd and Hackney marshes…
A bit about me - I’m just about to qualify as an art and design teacher . I’m a very creative person and enjoy being around like minded people. I am looking for someone quiet and conscientious. I’m open to sharing with men or women but as the place is just me, I would prefer a woman.
I love sharing my flat with lodgers, I’m friendly and open to cooking/ sharing a glass of wine together, just don’t have masses of downtime right now!
