Room in spacious Lower Clapton House - April 1

Hey all!

Due to a recent fallout we are looking for someone to join us at our house in Lower Clapton! We want to have viewings early this week (monday to wednesday) because the lease is starting next Sunday April 1.

We're looking for 2 housemates to join our spacious house with a garden in Lower Clapton, starting 1st of April. You'll be sharing the house with 4 lovely professionals in their 30's who work in various industries (health policy/data security/international public law/art production).

It’s a 5 bedroom house with a living room and a kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms and a garden. The house is near the river Lea, lots of nice cafes and very close to Clapton overground. It’s a 5-10 min bike ride to Hackney Central/London Fields/Dalston etc.

There's one double room available, (£960) plus bills, which are usually around 100 in summer and 150 in winter.
