Sunny room to rent in Lower Clapton

As I’ll be moving to Edinburgh for a job, I’m looking for somebody to take over my beautifully sunny room in Lower Clapton.

The room overlooks Clapton Square and gets sunlight throughout the whole day. You’ll be living with the wonderful Edith and Katie. Edith works in music and Katie’s a florist, they work at home a couple of days a week. They’re honestly the best people and I’ll be so incredibly sad to leave them!!

The house is a 5-minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs overground. Apart from the small green on Clapton Square, the flat is a short walk from the Marshes and 3mins from Hackney Downs park. The flat is a great place to be, as we’re close to a lot of pubs, bars and cafes. We also have access to the roof for *hopefully* those scorching summer days.

We’re a LGBTQ friendly home, and as it’s cosy we’re looking for a flatmate who would enjoy having dinner together every now and then, although we also respect each other’s spaces. We’ll be arranging viewings for Tuesday late afternoon, next week. The room is unfurnished and priced at £900 pcm + bills.
