Lovely furnished room next to Hackney Downs park

Hello!

We’re looking for a flatmate to join us in our spare room in Clapton Pond, just over the road from Hackney Downs park.

The room is fully furnished (including bedding!) with a good amount of storage space including a boiler cupboard and a built in desk setup for any WFH needs. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer-dryer and espresso maker.

Rent 850pcm with bills (energy, water, council tax, broadband and also streaming services) and fortnightly cleaner included, deposit of £400. Potentially open to a pet, depending on the size and personality/vibe and in that case we may ask for a slightly bigger deposit.

I work as an analyst for a fashion publication and my partner Edward is a freelance advertising creative and filmmaker. At home we love reality tv, films, music, cooking and reading. Out of the home we love pubs, walks, cinema and all the usual shit lol. We're quite laidback and find describing ourselves hard.

Close to loads of pubs and restaurants, including lots of RHOC locations with a 20min walking radius (Spurstowe, Chesham Arms), good nightlife in Hackney Central/Broadway Market/London Fields area and Dalston is around 20 mins away.
