Double room to rent in E5

Hello,

I have a double room available to rent in the Hackney / Homerton / Lower Clapton area.

The Room:
Large double room, with a fireplace. The room can come either furnished or unfurnished. Furniture currently available for use with the room is a double bed, two pine bedside tables, a wooden desk and large double wardrobe. Please note the photos of the room do not do justice to the size, it is much bigger in real life!

The Flat:
First floor flat with kitchen and separate living room. Shared bathroom with shower and large bath. Parking is available via permit on the street outside- there are always plenty of spaces!
There is also lots of loft storage space available if needed.

Bills are approx. £120 each per month. The move in date is currently flexible but ideally would be around the first week of May and not too much later.

The flat is based between Lower Clapton Road and Chatsworth Road. It is approx. 10 minutes’ walk from Hackney Central, and Hackney Downs, And approx. 12 minutes to Clapton or Homerton. The area has great transport links by bus (including night buses) into The City / Old Street / Angel / Finsbury Park etc.

The area itself is absolutely fantastic - it doesn't get better! There are a plethora of great bars, pubs, restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and independent businesses right on our doorstep. There is also a Co-Op, Sainsbury's and Tesco close by. Chatsworth Road is also 5-minute walk away and boasts a great farmers market every Sunday and has a great independent cinema.

We are close to the lovely green spaces of Hackney Marshes, Victoria Park and Hackney Downs Park. London Fields & Broadway Market are a 20-minute walk away. The house is approx. 5 minutes’ walk from Homerton Hospital so would also be ideal for any Dr’s / Nurses who want to live close by.

About Me.
I am a professional 34-year-old, working in the live music and events industry. I am originally from the glorious north of the country, and although I have lived in London for the past 12 years my accent hasn't dwindled.

In London I have the exact same hobbies as everybody else; a run in the park, good drinks, good food, buying plants, going to gigs and exhibitions etc. I often feel both seen and attacked by the real housewives of Clapton Instagram account.

I am from the Peak District and find solace and comfort in the outdoors - all winter sports, long rambles, roller-skating, outdoor swimming etc.. I love bird watching and most things associated with being outside. A true country bumpkin who accidentally found herself wrapped up in the big city music industry.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy & respectful. As the flat is quite small, I would like someone who is happy to socialise but who also who enjoys their own time.
