Hey! You will be sharing with 1 lovely professional, 2 students and a quirky little dog. The house is old, but we have made it our home. My room is an extra big south facing sunny double. Comes partly furnished. The guys are pretty chilled, so looking for someone similar. Is not a party house and everyone respects each other's privacy, but everyone is pretty nice, we all get on really well. Big garden for the green fingered and one of the housemates can teach you how to weave, if you’re interested, which could be awesome! The dog is cute but shy, she will befriend you though quickly if you give her treats, perhaps if you join her for a walk, even better :).
Lower Clapton is a gem of an area and the house is just off Chatsworth Road, with some great independent shops, a lovely Sunday market and an awesome independent cinema 5min away!

"Boring" details: Rent £745 plus bills (roughly £100-120 depending on how much energy is used), deposit is £800.
The room will be available on 20th May (perhaps couple of days earlier)
Unfortunately no living room :(
