house is a real nix of people who work in a variety of industries
although there is loads of us because everyone is on different schedules it never feels crowded ,

ideally looking for someone who wants to sublet the room while im away for the summer with the potential to continue the lease- new job dependant
really flexible with the timings so if you need it for less or longer can chat.

the room itself is on the first floor and is a good size with a double bed - clothing rail, desk+ chair, and really high celings.

the house has a huge kitchen - where you'll have space to put your things- and 3 shelves in the fridge, there is a sitting room in the basement with a huge TV and access to netflix, there is also a piano for any fellow musicians. there are 2 bathrooms one on the ground floor and one on the first floor
