Double room in Homerton!

Hey guys, we're looking for a 3rd housemate to move in June 22nd (you can start moving your stuff in earlier) to join our home in Homerton!
The room is super cosy and quiet and comes fully furnished.
We've got big shared spaces (both living room and kitchen are huge) and a nice garden perfect to hang out outside!

We are in a super tucked in quiet street, close to Homerton High Street and the Overground station (10 minute walk) and there’s plenty of buses around so you can get anywhere easily!
We both also have bikes and there’s room for more if needed
Our rent just went up( not ideal, but it is London) and now it's £930 a month
Both me and my flatmate work in creative industries and are 27/28 . We have quite different schedules but we love to hang out and have dinner together whenever we can!
V close to Hackney road filled witht restaurants, cafes and shops, and a walk away from Hockey Marshes.
Also Hackney bumps skatepark is right next to us!
