We (Cassie and Frances) are looking for a new and friendly housemate to replace our departing one from July - we're nice (we've been told) and fun and enjoy doing house things together as well as supporting our local pubs of course.
We've been living together for 2 years in a lovely sunny house in Hackney with a garden, 3 floors (the bedroom going is on the top floor), 2 bathrooms and big living room which we tend to populate with plants and musical instruments. It's close to Homerton station, the Lea River, Hackney Marshes, the Castle cinema and lots of good pubs, so we can promise good vibes in the house and out.
We have a garden that we do lots of growing in so green hands are very welcome :)
