Our spacious 6-bed Victorian house in Lower Clapton is looking for a human to sublet!
The location is 10/10! We’re just off Chatsworth Road, opposite the Elderfield, and super close to great pubs, cafés, and the marshes.
The house is spread over three floors with a big lounge (Netflix, etc.), a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a garden. The room itself is on the ground floor, so you’ll have that whole level to yourself.
You’ll be living with five others working across fashion, music and film. We’re friendly and social, but everyone has their own thing going on - we do love the occasional house dinner or pub trip.
The room’s available May 9-24. Rent is £365 for the stay (I’ll cover bills).
