Large light filled bedroom in Lower Clapton. We (Tess and Emma) have just signed a lease on this gorgeous 3 bed house just off Chatsworth Road and are looking for a third housemate to join us.
The bedroom is a good size (would easily fit a desk and space for clothes) and overall the house is amazing and has a large living room, modern bathroom and kitchen, with a seperate toilet / laundry area and a large study that could also easily be used as a spare bedroom.
We are both working professionals in our early 30s who are social but value having a peaceful / tidy home and would love someone who aligns with this and wants to make the house a home! We’re both keen home cooks and Emma has recently completed a sommelier course so we would love someone who wants to join us in hosting dinner parties when we can !
