Double room available for Jan sublet or long-term

Sublet available for January (with option to stay long-term).

We’re Isobel (35-year-old doctor from the UK) and Zuhur (32-year-old creative strategist from the UK) looking for a third delightful housemate :-) We are looking for individuals only, as the space sadly isn’t the best fit for couples.

The room is very charming (see attached photos) and available from December 17th.

The house is a gorgeous old terrace in Lower Clapton, full of character. Isobel has lived here for two years and Zuhur moved in a month and a half ago. We love our home, mainly because of the warm, friendly and open environment we’ve made. We’re both hoping to find a new housemates (and hopefully friend!) who enjoys sharing the occasional meal, having chats over tea, watching films and the odd trip to the pub.

- Cost: £900 + bills
- There is some furniture that can come with the room and some that might be available to buy from the previous tenant
The house:

- Tidy shared spaces and a fortnightly cleaner
- Two living rooms - one is used as a chill reading room / work space, and one is used as a TV room. The space can be converted into one giant living room
- Lovely kitchen with doors leading out to the private garden and properly kitted-out with an excellent spice rack and an impressive tea shelf

- Private back garden with smokeless fire pit, and garden beds
- Basement with storage for luggage and sports gear
