Private 1 bed flat in Lower Clapton *Short term*

Looking to rent my private, top floor, one bed flat in Lower Clapton on a short-term basis. The flat is currently for sale and the renter would need to accommodate occasional viewings, though these would be grouped where possible to minimise disruption.

My flat would normally rent for £1,800pcm, excluding bills, but I’m prepared to reduce the monthly cost to £1,300pcm, inclusive of bills and council tax, to compensate for the viewings. Please note that this doesn’t include the internet as I cannot get a contract for under 12 months.

There is the potential for the flat being available beyond three months, though this is the maximum that can be offered right now.

The flat is furnished and I would not be looking for someone to bring in other furnishings, as it needs to be kept clear and tidy for sale.

The flat is in a peaceful building where all other occupiers are owners so strictly no smoking, pets or parties.
