Double room in home with garden

We’re looking for a new housemate in our cozy 2Bed 2Bath flat in lower Clapton. The double room faces our large south facing private garden (bonus if you have a green thumb). We’re a couple (Tom a kiwi chef and Alex a Danish/American architect) who have been living here with a close friend for the past year. He’s bought a flat of his own but we’d love to stay and continue our lease and would therefore love to have someone move in who would want to sign on for at least a year.
As we have an ensuite, the bathroom would mostly be yours. There’s a big combined kitchen living dining room. Please let me know if you have any questions x
