We have a lovely double room in a Victorian terraced house in Lower Clapton, Hackney - available from 1st March.

It's a first floor, part-furnished, double room at £480pcm. The rest of the house is very spacious, with a living room, a large kitchen and a separate, smaller living area at the back of the house. We also have a basement and a small garden.

Location-wise, we're 15 mins walk from Hackney Central, and 5 mins from Chatsworth Road.

The existing tenants work in the arts and education . It's definitely not a party house, and we're looking for a clean and tidy tenant who will be respectful to others in the property.
