There a local shops, bus stops near us, Edmonton shopping centre, close to A406. We live 3 people at the moment, bedrooms are located at the top floor, in the first floor we've got lobby and separate toilet, separate kitchen, bathroom upstairs. There is also another parking spot which belong to the house and is free. All bills are included in the price, will only share the water bill which is coming in every 6months.
