The room currently has a single bed but could fit a double if furniture is moved around. We also have an additional large storage room with a full double wardrobe inside that the occupant of this room can use. Bills are about £65 per month.

The flat is located in a lovely quiet residential area close to Kentish Town, Camden and Kings Cross. It has excellent bus connections (390, 274, 29) and is a 10 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station (Piccadilly line) and a 15 minute walk to Kentish Town tube station (Northern Line).

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The flat had been recently refurbished so is easy to keep clean and the landlord is exceptional and quick to solve any issues. We’ve only had positive experiences with her in the 2 years we’ve lived in the flat. She requests women only and that you are employed.

You would be living with 3 young professional women aged 24-27. The room is ideal for someone wanting to live in a friendly flat located in a safe neighbourhood with close links to central London.
