The flat is spacious with two double rooms and a large kitchen/living room. Location is great as there are loads of shops across the road (Sainsbury’s, Next, B&Q, McDs) and lower Sydenham station is 10 mins walk away so great if you work in the city like me & perfect for those who don’t have a car.
The available room currently has a daybed in it which can be either a single or double. However I’m pretty flexible so I’m prepared to add/remove furnishings as required so you can make the room your own!
Happy to arrange viewings to suit. References are required along with first months rent plus 6 weeks deposit up front.
