The building itself is a purpose built flat block, easily within 5 minutes of lower sydenham station – 3 if you run. On week days there are around 4 trains an hour to London Bridge from there and there's a fair chance of being able to get a seat.
I'm a young professional normally out of the flat from 9 – 19:30 on weekdays but working from home on Fridays.
