One small double bedroom is available in this lovely three level terraced house in a gated private mews. The room is furnished, has its own ensuite bathroom and direct garden access. It's on the ground floor on a quiet street, with plenty of storage space outside the room. The other two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

The house has excellent access to two tube stations: 10 minutes walk to Maida Vale Tube (Bakerloo Line) and 5-6 minutes walk to Westbourne Park Tube (Hammersmith & City Line).
There are also lot of bus stops nearby that service Central, North & South London (18, 6, 414, 36, 187, 31 and 328).
Notting Hill, Maida Vale, Queens Park and Kilburn are within walking distance.

On the ground floor of the house is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. This room also leads to the back-garden. There is also a large garage with lots of additional storage space and a private outdoor car parking space.

On the first floor there is a large living room with sofas, lots of natural light, and a large dining table.
There is also a fully equipped separate kitchen/dining area on the same floor.

One of the two current tentants is a professional working in film, the other a post graduate student at Imperial College. We're an international houseshare with a relaxed and welcoming attitude, that also respects privacy. We're looking for a tidy, friendly and similar minded new house mate to join us in our home.

The rooms cost £819 pcm. The bills amount to approximately £120/month (and cover council tax/water/gas & electricity/TV Licence, Sky TV & Broadband)
