Double room, large closet and additional hallway understair storage next to the room . Located a 5 minute walk from Queen's Park station, the room is spacious and bright, with a lovely shared living room, large separate kitchen & bathroom.

You'll be living with Alice - I’m a 28 year old professional working in tech. I enjoy travelling and being out of the house but also cozy movie/game nights in. I’ve lived with friends for most of my life and enjoy a friendly & chatty household! I tend to keep a tidy place and would like someone who is also clean.

Available from April 25th, the start date is flexible until May 6th. Rent is £950, bills around £140 per month + deposit of £1153. Lease is 12 months with a 6 month break clause & you would have to go through referencing checks with the agency (and sign onto the lease). I’ve been living here for a year already, trying to fill the room as my roommate is moving out of the country.
