A lovely double room (£950) or single room (£750) is available in a spacious 2-bed maisonette in Maida Hill. You can choose whichever room suits you best – I’ll be taking the other one.

I’m just wrapping up medical school and will be starting a new job in August. I’m quiet, respectful, and easy to live with, and I’m looking for someone similarly chilled, tidy, and considerate. Both students and professionals are welcome.

The move in date may be able to be negotiated with the current tenant if an earlier date is needed.
