The flat is currently being used by a current flatmate, she's a lovely professional young woman who has several interests. So if you are into aerospace, surfing, cycling, fitness and overall wellness. She might be a great fit for you.

About the environment:
The building is 1 minute walk to Sainsburys, and local grocers, theres a pub right opp. the flat and another pub 1 minute away sat by the river, it's less than a 10 minute walk to Westbourne Grove, Portobello Market and a 15 minute walk to Ladroke Grove an 8 minute walk to Golborne Road (All of which re very beautiful places in London if you like brunching). There are bus connections to Kensal rise, Chelsea, Golders Green, White city etc. all one minute away.
