I am happy to offer this cosy double room in the heart of Maida Vale.
The room currently has 3 tenants, all professional who are also looking for someone professional to move in.
The flat has a big kitchen with dining area, 1 common bathroom with shower + toilet and another separate common toilet. There is a communal garden area also. (The bathroom is shared with two others as one of the tenants has an en-suite.)
Maida Vale is a great area and this flat is in a very nice building. Unfortunately, I will be moving out at the end of April.
There are very nice restaurants, delis and pubs nearby, even a sports centre with gym and also a movie theatre. Connectivity-wise, Central London is easily approachable via the Bakerloo line, for example, It takes 20 mins to get to Picadilly Circus.
The current tenants are really nice and friendly.
The bills are £90 per month which includes utilities, internet, council tax and a cleaner (for common areas) once every week. This is not included in the rent.
The landlord is quite good and responsive and you will deal directly with him about your tenancy contract.
